Ingredients
Coffee jelly:
1 pack (25g) white unflavored gulaman
5 cups water
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder

Cream mixture:
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
1 pack (250mL) all purpose cream
1 tsp instant coffee powder

  1. Did this recipe today but did some adjustments on it. I reduced the condensed milk to just using 1/2 of the small can and it turned out to be not too sweet – just perfect. Using the whole big can is just over the top sweet for us. I also added small sago and 1tsp vanilla. Perfect! Thank you for this, @mortarandpastry We loved it
