INGREDIENTS &PROCESS:
3 TBSP CORN FLOUR
¼ CUP WATER
2 TSP INSTANT COFFEE
2 TBSP WATER
2 CUP MILK
COOK UNTIL BOIL
½ CUP SUGAR
COOK UNTIL BOIL
POUR THE COFFEE MIXTURE
STIR & COOK UNTIL BOIL
POUR THE CORN FLOUR MIXTURE
STIR & COOK UNTIL THICKEN
BRUSH OIL IN MOULD
POUR THE PUDDING MIXTURE
COOL DOWN THEN KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1-2 HOURS
SPREAD CHOCOLATE CHIP

    1 pack tennis biscuits (or Marie biscuits)
    I cup hot black coffee
    1 tin dessert cream or fresh cream
    1/4 tin caramel treat

    Mix cream and caramel treat. Can add some instant coffee if want coffee flavor to it.

    Dip biscuits in hot coffee and layer in bowl.

    Then layer cream mixture over biscuits.

    Then layer some biscuits again

    Then layer cream mixture

    Top with some flaked chocolate

  3. I heed to ask you a Q. I made this dessert but where your color is yellow in the top mine was a light coffee color. Secondly when you cut it was firm, mine was not very firm although I stirred till it got very thick. Did you add agar agar. Please confirm
