Coffee Smoothie Recipe



FAGE Total yoghurt is the perfect base ingredient to use for your smoothies. Its unique thick and creamy texture helps to quickly achieve the consistency typical to a smoothie while its naturally high protein intake allows you to get a protein-packed drink in a minute. Discover how to quickly and easily prepare this coffee smoothie just below 🔽

INGREDIENTS:
340 g FAGE Total Yoghurt
4 tsp instant coffee
4 tsp sugar syrup
250 ml milk
10 ice cubes
Coffee beans

STEPS:
1. Dissolve the coffee in the slightly warmed milk and sweeten with the sugar syrup.
2. Collect milk and ice cubes in the blender’s beaker; operate the pulse unit until the ice is reduced to a fine grain.
3. Add the FAGE Total yoghurt and blend a little more, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Decorate with a couple of coffee beans and serve immediately.
