Competition style bbq chicken thighs.
First time trying these and they turned out pretty good. Seasoned with Meat Church Honey Hog, cooked on the Big Green Egg at 275-300 and then sauced with Sweet Baby Rays.
The prep is a pain but the end result is worth it. Super tender and delicious chicken. Flavor was on point but the looks were definitely not up to competition standards. 😂
