I think this might work for people with allergy problems. Or those who want to use a particular kind of ingredient. I rarely buy ice cream bars because they’re often way too sweet with milk chocolate but I may try this with a good quality coffee ice cream and bitter chocolate 🤤
Yes, add some fat like butter to the chocolate to make it a coating, I do that for coating a cake right on top of buttercream 😅
