Bell peppers are not necessary in a Filipino Spaghetti you need Onion, Garlic Banana Ketchup, Filipino style spag sauce, Cheddar cheese, Ground beef/pork and Hotdogs… salt, pepper and a bit of sugar to taste that’s it
I didn't like the idea before but condensed milk is just milk and sugar anyways so I guess it's kinda fine. I'll probably eat some as long as I'm not aware of the ingredients. LOL. But then I'll surely know just by looking at the color. Haha. I just prefer "maasim" na spaghetti instead of the sweet or Filipino-style. I guess the only Filipino-style spaghetti I really like is Jollibee's. Hmm, I'll rather eat some spaghetti with condensed milk than spaghetti with raisins. Ugh, I don't know why I didn't mind eating my lola's spaghetti with raisins when I was little. HAHA. Now, spaghetti with condensed milk and raisins is a different story. No, thank you! 😂 I'd rather have some olives than raisins. Thankfully, mom knows how I like my spaghetti to taste. Although, sometimes the only sauces available in rural supermarkets are the sweet or Filipino-style. Haha.
No matter what ingredients you use, some add banana ketchup which is already sweet by itself. Some use real tomato sauce but add condensed milk, the common thing that makes it filipino is that it is SWEET! We dont add hotdogs but sausages it depends
I’m not questioning it. I have learned one thing ,Filipinos know how to cook. Thank you for Lumpia and to all the Filipino nurses I work for( I’m the custodian at the hospital) you all are amazing, 100% Magical people and I love you all.
I am Filipino, and I have never heard of someone using condensed milk in their Filipino spaghetti before! My family uses those UFC bags or Filipino ketchup haha
I’m Filipino born and raised, and i have never heard of this, nor have I ever seen this condensed milk in spaghetti in any filipino cookbook or cooking show. Wtf is this
It's very good but for me once or twice out of the year. I love Indian, soul food , Caribbean Indonesian ,Thia, Mexican and Korean food.. that's my whole family in a nutshell.. Welcome to my kitchen
The sugar is to cut down the acidity from all the tomatoes! That’s nothing new. A real Italian does that. Only we use a tray or two of sutnot sweet condensed milk. Just real sugar! Nothing new!
yuck…bell peppers….youre making a sloppy joe
Everyone’s focusing on the condensed milk but for me … BELL PEPPERS?? What
Philippines food is the worst food in Asia. Here’s a good example
I don't use condensed milk instead pineapple juice in my spaghetti. It balances the sweetness and tanginess of the sauce. Try it.
Weirdo
May condense milk? Ano yan panghimagas? Dessert baliw na ata ng luluto

I've got a lot of filipino friends living in Philippines and they all told me they've never heard of condensed milk on the spaghetti's salsa! 😂

condensed milk is way too sweet and thick. use Evaporated milk instead and lots of cheese.
With condense milk is the best

Enough to make an italian man cry
Sugar is good with hot sauce but that’s too much
Bro out here lying about Filipino spaghetti with condensed milk and stuff.
Cool knife
Don't worry, it's not so sweet like a dessert, it's actually savory sweet, just the right sweetness.
I am Filipino, and I have never heard of someone using condensed milk in their Filipino spaghetti before! My family uses those UFC bags or Filipino ketchup haha
Very Interesting to see you make it.
“Add a pinch of salt”
That looks like 1/2 a cup to me 😮😮😮
That knife though…. What brand and where can I purchase it? Great job, brother!

Filipinos must be diabetic
Spaghetti that’s not Italian is just weird lol ❤
I would try it without the condensed milk. It already sounds sweet enough with the banana ketchup.
