Marinate:
750 grams pork belly slices
1/2 tbsp salt
ground black pepper
*Cooking oil for pan frying
Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
onion
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 Mama Sita’s Oyster sauce 30grams
2 tbsp brown sugar
ground black pepper
3 pcs calamansi
Wrap:
aluminum foil or banana leaf
lemon grass leaves
onion slices
red chili(optional)
