Small Loaf recipe
1/3 cup scalded milk
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. yeast
3/4 cup All purpose flour
or bread flour
1/2 t. Salt
2 T. melted butter
egg wash
350 20 to 25 minutes

mini LASAGNA
4 cooked Lasagna noodles
1/2 t. oil
1 /2 cup diced onions
2 t. minced garlic
8 oz. Ground beef
1 t. Italian seasoning
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 pepper
1/2 t. onion powder
1can tomato sauce
1 T. tomato paste
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 t. parsley
Pepper
Italian seasoning
2 T. parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese

350 covered 30 minutes

Hi Miss Lori, I was watching you on the video where you’ve been sick and you were teaching about if we had no electricity and having you as well water and so on. it took me back to when I was a young girl in Kentucky helping my mom draw water if my dad was away and we use the old ringer washer and I’m telling you up until we moved Indiana and I was 12 years old then those were hard days hard times as a Christian, I pray hard about all these things because I do have to live in an apartment. I pray for you, Mr. Brown and I’m praying to God that I do get a house through FHA that I wouldn’t have to live under man’s rule like we do here in this place, but only God can take care of this.   2. That was fun.I cook for 1 and the small bread pans will give me 2 meals. So I get the widest noodles and lay it in side to side. I fill a layer (meat), flip the noodle over, fill another layer (cheese) fill the final end of the noodle on top and layer with meat and cheese.When I make them I do 4 at a time and freeze 3 down, before I bake them. Just for those days I do not want to mess with cooking. This does make them very easy to get out of the pan. I adore that little bread loaf you made. Thank you for all you do.

  3. I found the hamburger tool perfect for portioning pies. It’s divided into five pieces if you place the tool in the center of the pie to mark. Press gently and then remove. It will score the top of the pie for cutting. Love it for that use. Most pies have the nutritional info for one/fifth of the pie. This works beautifully to portion the pie.

  4. Instead of making half recipes, I double my recipes, and put a couple half recipes in the freezer, for the time I can't cook. Or I give some away to my daughters family or her mother and father in-law, since she hasn't been doing well. It blesses me to give food to others, to make their day a little easier.
