You could do a pot roast! Those are mega big and feed a bunch of people at once, so you could probably do multiple batches! And it pairs with different sides too, like pasta or rice!
I'd say salmon but that'd probably need a bunch of salmon filets but it could be cooked in an oven and then cut up and divided amongst meals
I make giant burritos every other week for our freezer, I just put pretty much put any protein and any veggies I have on hand in them. Adding potatoโs makes it extra filling as well! Youโre amazing for doing this! โคโค
