Wow, the spices and herbs are allllll over the place in this one! Starts out kinda Mexican/Spanish with chili powder and paprika, then it's like Indian with coriander and star anise, then it's Euro with thyme and garlic, then finishes the sweet potatoes with cilantro and sage??? The flavor on this has to be insane! I need to try it!
