Bill I wanted to tell you this The knowledge from all your videos is awesome it may be a backyard style rib but with all the stuff from your other videos that you've incorporated you can take that information and make one hell of a competition rib and being a rookie on the circuit your videos Gulf Coast smokes videos and the help of the guys that are local on the circuit with me being in lone Star and CBA have taught me more than I would have from doing a video class so thank you thank you very much for everything you're doing Love it
