Ingredients
1/2 kg Fish (cut into medium size pieces)
1 tbsp Crushed Ginger & garlic
6-8 Small onion / Pearl onion / shallots
1 Green chilli
2 tbsp or as per taste Kashmiri chili powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 – 3 pieces kokum/kudampuli soaked in 1 cup hot 💧 water for 10 mins
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Coconut oil ( optional )
