  1. To make the filling gooey similar to cinnabon, or store bought, you have to mix Clear Jel into the brown sugar and cinnamon, brush butter onto the dough then spread cinnamon mixture. Clear Jel also keeps the filling from leaking out during the baking process

  2. I worked at Cinnabon and we didn't use milk to make the dough and I didn't mix the butter with the brown sugar and cinnamon. If you go to a Cinnabon you would see them actually making them. Where I worked at West Farms Mall in Farmington Connecticut we had a window where you can watch us make the rolls. And we definitely didn't use maple extract we used lemon. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😕😕
