  1. I'd have to say 6" is MASSIVE! And those look wayyy better than Fletcher's Corny Dogs. Would love to see your take on a Korean Corndog! So many different routes you could go with them too because of the variety that they already have.

  2. Have someone with a special request of an overloaded garlic meat stick. The guy eats whole cloves of garlic and trying to find a recipe has been a challenge. Other than dropping an entire pound of garlic powder into a few pounds of pork, which takes almost fake. The texture of crushed garlic becomes strange after it hits a high percentage ratio. Any recipes or advice for a garlic overloaded smoked meat stick that would keep any/all vampires away from several square block radius??? That is an exact quote taken from the person requesting and I'm out of ideas after my few failed attempts

  3. Always love your videos and you inspire me to try new things. I love my Yoder. How do you like yours? Maybe you and Chef Tom with ATBBQ could do a video together sometime. That would be awesome to have my two favorite YouTubers collaborating together.

  4. You need to secure the pin/shaft to avoid the stand mixer head from jumping. Just turn it upside down, get a Flathead screwdriver and tighten the little screw that sets the pin/shaft in place. It will slightly increase the mixing power as the energy wasted in bouncing around will be transfered to whatever you're mixing in the bowl.
