I'd have to say 6" is MASSIVE! And those look wayyy better than Fletcher's Corny Dogs. Would love to see your take on a Korean Corndog! So many different routes you could go with them too because of the variety that they already have.
I've been camping over the holiday and watched this one late. Who doesn't like a corndog with the OG mustard? Great looking cook. Hope everyone had a great 4th
Alright…..I’m going to have to try my hand at this one day….
Nicely done!
I'd skip the dog making and buy some. That's way too much work for a corn dog.
Another awesome video…. Thank's, Go Chuds
Delicious corn dogs bro! Very nicely done!
Corndonk
This video currently has 63k views, but half of them are my 4 year old son wanting to see that corn dog stick bounce back at your face again.
Another awesome video 🎉
All Beef chili cheese dog. 😋
"Cold beer?!" Good idea!
Bradley, you're one of the best.
If the cellulose casings are getting cut off of the dogs, how does the smoke penetrate them to provide flavor?
Is giving a corn dog to an actual dog 🐶 cannibalism? 😂
Cold water definitely will shrink a wiener. 😂 🌭
What knife wrap is that?
I love the cook in itself, but I hate corndogs. Also hate carnivals in which corndogs are served.
I have been watching you for a while. Can you get a cheap smoker, say less than $300 and experiment with that? Please.
I fn hate sausages, but these look good.
Have someone with a special request of an overloaded garlic meat stick. The guy eats whole cloves of garlic and trying to find a recipe has been a challenge. Other than dropping an entire pound of garlic powder into a few pounds of pork, which takes almost fake. The texture of crushed garlic becomes strange after it hits a high percentage ratio. Any recipes or advice for a garlic overloaded smoked meat stick that would keep any/all vampires away from several square block radius??? That is an exact quote taken from the person requesting and I'm out of ideas after my few failed attempts
hahaha that poor sausage stuffer
You need to do Issan northern Thailand style sausages Bradley.
“Which is average” 💀
6inches is average? 😢
Looks "delissious" Bradley, I have been sausage making for a while but haven't attempted dogs yet, this is a great introduction. Cheers!
Those looked awesome! So was the video.
Tried your beef hot dog recipe turned out great!
Dude said the hotdogs have the butthole end..😂😂
Never seen this done before Brad – Thanks! – Cheers!
Always love your videos and you inspire me to try new things. I love my Yoder. How do you like yours? Maybe you and Chef Tom with ATBBQ could do a video together sometime. That would be awesome to have my two favorite YouTubers collaborating together.
Looks great, I flinched when you dumped all that sugar in. What did you think?
Pretty awesome stuff there bud.Canadian here
These casings aren’t toxic in anyway? Looks like plastic. Disclaimer idk my ass from my elbow that’s why I’m watching YT.
I did this recently with smoked sausages. Talk about a girthy bite!
Great video!👍
Does the cellulose casing prevent a lot of the smoke from flavoring the meat?
How would traditional sausages come out in cellulose casings?
You need to secure the pin/shaft to avoid the stand mixer head from jumping. Just turn it upside down, get a Flathead screwdriver and tighten the little screw that sets the pin/shaft in place. It will slightly increase the mixing power as the energy wasted in bouncing around will be transfered to whatever you're mixing in the bowl.
Completely off topic, but when you smoke a pork belly, it is SKINLESS right?
Fantastic! 👏🏽
I’m always surprised you don’t have the heavy bit on some kind of lowering rig so you don’t have to lug it around.
Lovvvve Corn Dogs and the sad ass frozen ones at the store are now so ridiculously over priced they're not even worth considering. NO reason to not make them at home now.
Who is Chud? What happened to him? IS CHUD OKAY?
Nice work buddy, I’ll give this a go 👍🏻
We prefer old-fashioned smoked dogs, nobody around here sells them. Made 23# of Dogs on the 4th.
