2 tbsp oil
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, pressed

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1-1/4 cup ketchup
Salt, black pepper, hot pepper flakes
Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring often.
Cover the ribs with parchment paper and tinfoil, and make an airtight package.

Excellent — must persuade wife to try this. BUT: U.S. spelling is CHILI powder.
Since January 2025 to the end of February I’ve made this three times
This is the second time that I’ve made this in as many weeks
Those look amazing! Would love to see a recipe using pork belly. I live in Montreal, we have that in our Costcos.
I part way pre cut between the bones prior to cooking to make it easier to part them after cooking
Weird, our Costco back ribs always come with 3 racks! They shorted you one! Looks pretty good, only thing missing is the smoky flavor a wood grill imparts! Otherwise, nearly the exact same rub I use! I grill mine until I get the color I like, then I finish them in the oven in 2 trays with a half a tall can of beer inside the foil package! 2-1/2 hours total cooking time, every time!
Very well made video. You caught the process very well and have the necessary notes.
Also, really good process and prep.
here in socal costco sells them in a three-rack pack running around $30-$38 a pack.
That temp is WAY too hot and the time is too short to really render and break it down right. Try 250 for 3-4 hours instead. Finish on the grill to carmalize or under a broiler
While i really enjoy my ribs on an outdoor grill, we now live in a apartment complex which doesn’t allow them 😢. Your technique was truly amazing and your bbq sauce was pleasant. I personally kicked it up a bit more with cayenne powder. Thanks so much 😊
Only thing i would change is cook time and temp. i like lpw and slow better then hot and fast. Especially with how meaty costcos ribs are
Plus, you wash and then pressure cook (Instant pot) 4 hours the rib bones afterwards, run through a blender and feed your roses or other flower/fruiting harves type vegetables in your garden. I wonder if the local BBQ place will give me free "used" rib bones.
Costco meat is more expensive than Sam’s now.
Look at that price of $22.77 for those two slab of ribs. In today’s world that cost would be $70 to $80 bucks.
Please write the ingredients. it is way easy to follow the recipe
Just sauce once, and cut ribs with a saturated large knife 🔪
This is the 2nd video where I see that you Do Not wash your meat. Wash the Meat with Vingar and Salt Water…Please
Spreading the bbq sauce on it like that and pulling it apart at the end is oddly very sexual. Food Porn…makes me want to eat some.
Great sharing My friend have a nice weekend ❤❤❤❤
Your channel related to Costco is a very good channel, because things in Costco have good quality at reasonable price. Thank you.
