  1. Hey you posted a video a bit ago showing amazing tips on cooking brisket on a Traeger. It was a quick tip one, starting with putting your brisket on the Traeger when firing it up to get that initial smoke, using foil boat method, etc. can’t find that video anywhere, it was super helpful. Can you share it again??

  2. It goes without saying that cats have great sense of smell, and they being obligate carnivores, will be approaching the source of meat and beg you to give them a sample or more of it.

  3. Doesn't cook it in the bag and says it's dry or overcooked? "I bet they cook a thousand of these things so cant hold them to too high of a standard" lol Not even close to a fair shake. I am so confused about how this is helpful for the comparison.

  4. Aww man. I was really hoping it would be good. Those sorts of things seem like they'd be perfect for us. We've tried cooking different big cuts ourselves, but 1) all we have is an oven, and 2) we don't always have enough time to do it properly. I don't mind so much about the price, but the bounciness of it really made it seem unappetizing. Inviting a bunch of people over and then setting that out on the table seems like kind of a nightmare.
