Necesito saber que hacer para obtener las costillas blandas ya que por lo general son duras, algunas recomendaciones??
Excelente el costillar de novillito , pero para 16 personas con una carne tan blanda y muy bien hecha. Te quedas re corto. Al menos que agregues más cosas. Y otra eso de 1/2 kgr de carne por persona ya dejó de existir más ahora que como está el precio del asado.
Cuanto pesó esa media res? 70kg? O 78? Cuanto pesa el vacio de una media res asi? Me llamo la atencion porq en mi barrio estilan a media res de 145kg
