I never ever EVER get the salsa Verde right. It's always sour. I boil the tomatillos until they turn slightly to that puke green color, and then I cut the heat. I let them sit for about 1 minute until they turn that puke green color all over. I was told to take the tomatillos out once they turn puke green all over. If anyone has any suggestions or can tell me what I'm doing wrong I'm willing to learn! Thank you!
