Let me know if you try the pasta! Also, if you enjoy the video and feel inspired to hit that thumbs up sign, I’d greatly appreciate it!
Cottage cheese is also good in scrambled eggs.
Love your kitchen and the recipe
Fantastic! To add protein you could throw some chicken or salmon in or use organic Pulse Pasta.
❤ I am a huge cottage cheese fan, I love it. I am going to try your recipe, it looks soooo delicious
Southern Italians have been doing this recipe with Ricotta Cheese, without the peas, for forever! It’s called Pasta Ricotta, and it pairs beautifully with whole wheat pasta and a nice salad! By the way, so much salt!
My dad made this similar while I was growing up but he caramelized diced onion in butter and added the cottage cheese as is to the cooked spaghetti with it.
That looks exquisitely good!
Just made this tonight! So good! Thanks for the recipe!
Don’t think you need added salt. Cottage cheese and Parmesan r both loaded with salt. Not for low sodium diets.
My Italian grandmother used cottage cheese in her amazing lasagna also hardboiled eggs slices with italian sausages cut in small slices and layerd them. It was the best.
Disgusting. Was awful and wasted ingredients. I don’t know what these people that are commenting how good it is are eating but it definitely isn’t this 🤮
Thank you. I couldn't find sour cream so I looked at the cottage cheese and wondered.
Looks amazing. Gonna make next week!❤
That’s a lot of salt!
I think I will try this but add some chicken breast pieces to it.
I love simple meals that taste great.
Thank you!

So easy !! I am making this tonight !
I made this for dinner tonight. Very good, but I forgot to add the Parmesan cheese. Lol
I will definitely make it again and even add parm. Lol
You forgot to add the olive oil with the toppings 😢
GREAT RECIPE. I am allergic to legumes so I used capers and grilled chicken. It was 348 cal per serving with chicken breast. TY
Looked so delicious, that I just made this for dinner!
Did anyone else have an issue with the sauce seizing up?
I used regular (4%) cottage cheese, blended smooth, for the sauce. It sort of “curdled”, and never became creamy.
Perhaps the pasta was too hot?? I added it just as soon as it was drained; as in the video.
I'm doing low carb. Made this tonight with hearts of palm pasta . Used low fat cottage cheese, added shrimp, and a few spritz of I can't believe it's not butter spray with the parm. The sauce itself reminded me of olive garden. ITS THAT GOOD!!! Thank you!!!
Bought some cottage cheese today on a whim and then started looking for some savory recipe ideas. This looks super yummy, may try it tonight. Thanks 👍
