  1. This recipe came out very tasty but I made a lot of changes because I don't have whey protein powder. I just have egg white protein powder which is unflavored. So these are the changes I made and if someone needs it's a good recipe but tasted more like a Flourless chocolate souffle cheesecake and not like a Brownie. But again, it's because of the changes I made and because the egg white protein powder makes it airy and light

    280g cottage cheese
    139g water
68g egg white protein powder (flavorless)
    8g baking powder
Salt and vanilla extract and 1 tsp instant coffee powder
    99g eritrithol
    31g unsweetened cocoa powder

It cooked at 160°C for 25 min in the oven. I wanted a bigger recipe so I converted the measurements to give me a standard size brownie.
Overall I liked but again, this came out like a Flourless chocolate souffle cheesecake, but it's light and delicious!

  2. This did NOT turn into a brownie like consistency at all. All it does is overflow and stay at a mud-like consistency. The taste is good, but I'd prefer an actual brownie and not chocolate flavored sludge.

  3. Hey Chef, I found that if I use any amount of milk it will be a liquid sludge bowl… Not very good. But without milk it is perfect! Great recipe I just needed to change it a little to come out like a brownie.
