Flip the cloud crust over after the first bake, then put on the toppings, then finish baking.
I wish you’d cut it and hold it up then we can see how the crust is 🥲
If you screw your parchment paper up and run it under the tap and wring out then shake the rest of the water off it you’ll find it much easier to use 👍
Cottage cheese and Keto? I'd rather eat dirt!
NEWS FLASH crumble your parchment paper in a ball then straighten it out flat and it will conform and preform …you will thank me for it.
Hi Dave, thanks for this recipe! Looks very good. Here’s a trick for parchment paper… crumple it into a ball (yes, sounds weird, I know 😊) now unfold it & it’ll be much easier to fit. Hope this helps! Can’t wait to try your pizza!
Try spraying your cookie sheet with avocado oil, so the paper will stick down, and spray the paper so the dough doesn't stick.
I am at this moment waiting for my Cottage Cheese Flatbread to cool, so I can cut it into noodles, for Keto Lasagna.
It’s too bad I’m allergic to almond… do you know of any alternatives?
Love your videos!!!
Crincle up the parchment paper in a ball. Open it up and it will lay flat.
My advice would be to let it cool down a little and then warm up a pan at medium heat with a little olive oil and and pan fry it t Right before you eat it, turn it around on the cheese side. I promise you that will be the best pizza you can get.
Dave, rather than struggle with the parchment paper, before putting it in or on the pan, scrunch it up into a ball and then straighten it out. It's much easier to work with
Yuk! Cottage cheese is never a good substitute for any cheese.
I make a cottagecheese pie crust it is yummy!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ i am gonna try this pizza i am a pizza Lover 💘
I’m new to your channel, I really like your sense of humor and your explanation to details. Thank you for sharing.
Wet the p paper makes it easier to form!
That actually looks pretty good!
Take the parchment paper and squeeze it into a ball. Put it in water or under the faucet. Let it get soft and squeeze the water out. It is much easier to work with, it really does work.
I am going to try this one! Thank u! You made it fun with a few jokes😂
wet the parchment paper and scrunch it up before you put it into the pan, it will be much easier!
Wet the parchment paper to hydrate it, it's "parched". Then ball it up, wrinkle it, then it will lay down better.
I dampen the parchment, crinkle and mold to what you want
You’ll get a crispier crust if you turn the broiler on after the crust has baked. Then add the toppings and put it back in the oven on bake.

I hope this is good… tired of people raving about a "bread" recipe and its pure crap😅
Cottage cheese, eggs, meat, & cheese really ups the cholesterol amounts. Of course it sounds delicious.
Try this tip I heard for your parchment paper issues… Run the whole piece under the tap and get it soaked, then squeeze out the excess water. Place damp now “un-parchment” paper 😉 in your pan and proceed with your recipe. It shouldn’t affect the recipe at all, but will form to your pan now!! 😊 So glad I just found your channel—like and a sub from me!
Lots of comments on better way to do this or helpful hints as they say . I just want to say thank you I appreciate your video . I’m going to try this
If you ball up the parchment paper then flatten out it will go onto the baking sheet easier after you’ve moistened the baking sheet kit will work better for you.
Add drops of water on your pan before adding the parchment paper so it stays down
I love all the thingies
I mean, this just means ChatGPT stole it from someone. God I swear people are so into data scrapers…
Excellent thumbnail! I HAD to click on it. It looked so scrumptious!
Simply 8 is the better sauce. No sugar.
What size baking sheet would be the best? I didn't see that mentioned in the above instructions.
Dave, thanks. FYI parchment paper is sold in boxes of precut sheets. Lots easier!
Sprinkling a little water on the pan helps to keep the parchment in place!
I'm out!!!! Almond flour tastes like shit!!!
I see your struggles all the time with the parchment paper. Why don't you wet your hands crumpled up the parchment paper into a ball and then flatten it out and it will be a lot better. 🥰🥰🥰
