Finish with duck sauce
I found this video about six months ago and made the apple juice kind. I tested it on a young couple and we all loved it. Forward to this weekend, my wife and I threw a birthday party for a friend turning 50 with 17 guests. I smoked 25 lbs of butt ribs and used your holy vodo seasoning. It was a great success. Kudos to you.🤤
country ribs – best tasting meat of all time
Those look really good! I'm actually cooking some country style ribs right now!
Yellow mustard is a must! Lol. My kids think they don't like mustard but jokes on them!
can you use aplle juice and pineapple juice instead of nectar
Hey Matt where did you get that cutting board
Love your video. Your country style ribs look delicious 😋
I will have to try those with homemade blackberry BBQ sauce made with Bird Dog blackberry whiskey.
I am a bit confused. When you started the braising process did you set your smoker to 200 F or 300F to braise them? You said when you were putting them on "200"F but your phone said the grill temp was 302. So i'm thinking you mean't setting the internal temp for 200 and the smoker stayed 300 or so temp the entire time??
That’s hilarious that the fire department shouted you out during the video & you just rolled with it. Love that you didn’t cut it out of your video.
The only “ribs” I bother with . It’s all meat .
Too bad you were drinking that light beer.
Don't scare people about mustard rub! My Wife and I hate mustard, but we use it on most smokes and barbecues we do. You can not taste the mustard!!!!
These look great, ill have to try this
Can you use different types of mustard. Hot,spicy, honey?
Can you give me a ballpark idea of how long they took in the braising liquid to get to 195? Was that in the 1-2 hour range? I just want to be able to plan my afternoon timing. Thanks for all your videos!
I ain't mad it 😂 thanks for the time you put in been watching your show for the last two years …keep up the good work
Can you do this again but show how to cut up the pork butt
Meat church pork burnt ends
Hey bud we no longer have to use our hands. They got a tool that's called a clicker. Or Tongs
Can you cook on a charcoal grill.
Did we not just mix up the ribs with the wrong braising liquid?
Yum!
I rewatch this every other week as I prepare these ribs. A family favorite. I almost have it memorized.
$1.49/lb WTF Pork Butt over here in Australia is $16.99/kg at the "cheap" Butchers, we're getting seriously RIPPED!
So you normally drink at work?
Can you show us how you cut those out of a butt?
Could you use the same thing for the country style ribs made from loin or would they be too dried out cooking to 190-195.
TY for giving country style ribs some attention. They were a staple in the house growing up.
Country strip ribs,as they're called out here in the west, are the bomb.I eat them often, and the smoker loves them. They are versatile, too, not just the barbecue, smoker.
