  1. I found this video about six months ago and made the apple juice kind. I tested it on a young couple and we all loved it. Forward to this weekend, my wife and I threw a birthday party for a friend turning 50 with 17 guests. I smoked 25 lbs of butt ribs and used your holy vodo seasoning. It was a great success. Kudos to you.🤤

  2. I am a bit confused. When you started the braising process did you set your smoker to 200 F or 300F to braise them? You said when you were putting them on "200"F but your phone said the grill temp was 302. So i'm thinking you mean't setting the internal temp for 200 and the smoker stayed 300 or so temp the entire time??

  3. Can you give me a ballpark idea of how long they took in the braising liquid to get to 195? Was that in the 1-2 hour range? I just want to be able to plan my afternoon timing. Thanks for all your videos!
