Ingredients:
– 1/2 small onion
– 4 garlic gloves
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp black pepper
– salt to taste
– jumbo pasta shells
– tomato sauce
– 15 oz ricotta cheese
– 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
– 3 tbsp parsley
– spinach
bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (covered)
Broil on low heat for 3 minutes (uncovered)

Why the extra Work stuffing them? Why Not Lasagna If you Put it in the oven anyway?
I don't do meat sauce, just stuff the shells with big meatball, and others with cheese mixture…that way it's not all meat or all cheese…have 1 of each…
I haven't seen stuffed shells in perhaps 2 decades. I hated them as a kid. It seems as soon as I developed an adult pallet & appreciation for ricotta, they went off the menus. New and inventive ravioli took its place. I do love these creative ravioli recipes, like pumpkin ravioli and crabmeat ravioli. Don't know why the easier shells didn't stick around for these fillings.
