In this recipe we have used only the crab body and the legs have been used separately to prepare another recipe which will be coming up next week. This green masala goes well with Dosa or Idle by the side. Trust me it is tastier than it looks.
INGREDIENTS:
CRAB CORIANDER MASALA FRY
PEPPERCORNS – 2 TSP
JEERA – 2 TSP
FENNEL SEEDS – 1/2 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – 1/4 TSP
GARAM MASALA POWDER – 1/2 TSP
ONION – 1 MEDIUM
GREEN CHILLI – 3
CURRY LEAVES
GRATED COCONUT – 2 TBSP
GINGER GARLIC PASTE – 1/2 TBSP
CORRIANDER LEAVES – 1 HANDFUL
CRAB (WITHOUT LEGS) – 1 KG
SALT – 1 1/4 TSP OR AS PER TASTE
WATER
COCONUT OIL – 3 TBSP
