Welcome to Life in Wetland! Today, I’m excited to share two mouthwatering crab recipes, prepared in the traditional Kerala style. Freshly bought crabs are transformed into delicious dishes that celebrate the rich flavors of our coastal cuisine.

🦀 Kerala-Style Crab Curry: The first dish is a classic Kerala crab curry, made with freshly grated coconut, coriander, and a blend of aromatic spices. This rich and flavorful curry captures the essence of Kerala’s traditional cooking, offering a perfect balance of spice and creaminess.

🌿 Green Masala Crab Roast: For the second dish, I prepared a spicy and flavorful Green Masala Crab Roast. The crabs are cooked in a unique green masala made by grinding fresh coriander leaves, mint, and Bird’s eye chillies. This roast is bursting with bold flavors and pairs perfectly with the milder curry.

Join us as we cook these two delicious crab recipes, each bringing out the best of Kerala’s traditional flavors. Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe to our channel for more authentic recipes and a glimpse into the culinary heritage of our wetland village. Let’s enjoy a crab feast together! 🌿🍲🦀
