Are you ready to make delicious homemade bread?! This recipe is SO easy, and only requires a bit of patience while you wait for the dough to rise. The sweet and sour punch from the cranberries is perfect for all those Fall meals. And this no-knead technique will leave you feeling like an amazing baker with little effort!

3 c plus 3 Tb flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 c dried cranberries
1/2 c pistachios
1 1/2 cups warm water (ours was about 95F)
1/4 c honey
Dutch oven or other oven safe pot with lid
Parchment paper

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and instant yeast
2. Stir in cranberries and nuts, mix to combine
3. Add honey to the warm water, stir, then add to the flour mixture
4. Stir until you no longer see pockets of flour. Add 1/4c more flour if the dough seems too wet. It is a sticky dough though.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in a warm spot for 12-18 hours.
6. (12-18 hours later…) Preheat oven to 450F with your Dutch oven inside.
7. Dust parchment paper with flour and scrape dough onto parchment
8. Form dough into a circular shape.
9. Dust with flour and cover loosely with plastic wrap, let sit 45 min
10. Remove plastic wrap and place the parchment and dough into the hot Dutch oven.
11. Bake with the lid ON for 30 minutes.
12. REMOVE the lid and continue to bake for 15 minutes. (If getting too brown, place a piece of foil loosely over the pot.
13. Place bread on a cooling rack and let cool a minimum of 1 hr before cutting.
14. Cut and enjoy!
