My daughter-in-law made Buko Salad for Thanksgiving in Texas. It was so delicious that I went to a Filipino supermarket and bought the ingredients to make in my home in Puerto Rico. I served it to the guest at a Christmas party and they absolutely loved it. Now I have to try it with cream cheese.
