Cream Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe

1 egg
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3¼ cup all purpose flour (405g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 tablespoons softened butter (40g) (salted or unsalted)

CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
Ingredients:
200grams cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp sugar (20g)
3 tbsp heavy cream or all purpose cream (30g)

GARLIC BUTTER:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted salted butter (120g)
1 egg
1-2 tbsp condensed milk
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley

زبدة الثوم:
مكونات:
1/2 كوب زبدة مملحة (120 جرام).
1 بيضة
1-2 ملعقة كبيرة حليب مكثف
2 ملعقة كبيرة كريمة ثقيلة
2 ملعقة كبيرة ثوم مفروم
1 ملعقة كبيرة بقدونس مفروم

2 colheres de sopa de creme de leite
2 colheres de sopa de alho picado
1 colher de sopa de salsa picada

SPANISH:
Cómo hacer un pan de ajo y queso crema coreano.

Ingredientes:
½ taza de agua (125 ml)
½ taza de leche fresca (125 ml)
1 huevo
2 cucharaditas de levadura instantánea (6 g)
3¼ taza de harina para todo uso (405 g)
¼ taza de azúcar (50 g)
1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
3 cucharadas de mantequilla ablandada (40 g) (salada o sin sal)

RELLENO DE QUESO EN CREMA:
Ingredientes:
200 gramos de queso crema (ablandado)
2 cucharadas de azúcar (20 g)
3 cucharadas de crema espesa o crema para todo uso (30 g)

MANTEQUILLA DE AJO:
Ingredientes:
1/2 taza de mantequilla salada derretida (120 g)
1 huevo
1-2 cucharadas de leche condensada
2 cucharadas de crema espesa
2 cucharadas de ajo picado
1 cucharada de perejil picado

  1. I never made bread before but it turned out really great! My only mistake was not letting it rise longer (it's perfect, just feels like it could be fluffier). IT IS SO DELICIOUS THOO!! As a beginner, my arms were so tired I had to ask my brother to knead it for me halfway through lol. thank you for tje recipe ♡
