1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp Poultry seasoning (badia southern blend )
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
oil of your choice
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 cup water
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 medium size onion Chopped
1/2 green bell pepper Chopped
1/2 red bell pepper Chopped

I am a mother of 6 and these cream of mushroom/chicken recipes are so easy & convenient! just life savers so delicious. Itโs really so simple. Any choice of meat Chicken or Beef. season w/ all your favorite seasonings. Sear both sides of meat only to brown. Transfer meat & juices in the pan into a baking pan. Put your choice of veggies on top then pour the can of mushroom on top then bake. Its so easy & delicious w/ cornbread
For my daughter and I, I cut the recipe in half, used 1 can cream of chicken soup (because I had mushrooms on hand) and like another comment, sliced onion and added some frozen broccoli…When it came to searing chkn I used cast iron pan, covered with foil after I added the sauce and then baked in the oven. I HATE washing extra dishes lolol. It was wonderful, mashed potatoes and ciabatta and we LOVED it!!!

I was looking for a baked chicken recipe that would just take things up a notch and this one definitely did that my son and boyfriend loved it. Itโs a keeper thanks for sharing.
So I went ahead and cooked this for my family yesterday. Everyone gave me a thumbs up as it was indeed a winner. The key to it all was making the thighs crispy and having it marinate into the sauce/mushroom soup. The meat was so tender that it was easy to pull off. The peppers and onions added a nice flavor to it all as well.
made this tonight. easy, common ingredients that most people have in the house, and taste great. i will be writing this one down and making it many times in the future.
