  1. 🍰 No Oven Fried Cream Roll Recipe

    🔸 Ingredients:

    For Dough:

    1 cup Maida (All-Purpose Flour)

    100 gm Cold Butter (chhote cubes mein)

    Water – as required (tight dough ke liye)

    For Cream Filling:

    100 gm Soft Butter (room temp)

    ½ cup Powdered Sugar

    2 tbsp Milk

    1 tsp Vanilla Essence

    🔸 Method (Fried Version):

    1. Dough Banana:
    Ek bowl mein maida aur cold butter daalein. Dono ko haathon se crumble karte hue mix karein jab tak buttery crumbs jaisa texture ban jaye. Thoda-thoda paani daalkar tight dough gundh lein. Is dough ko 30 minutes ke liye fridge mein rakh dein.

    2. Lamination Process (Flaky Layers ke liye):
    Dough ko fridge se nikal kar lamba rectangular shape mein bel lein. Ab usse 3 baar fold karein jaise ek letter fold hota hai. Phir se usse roll kar ke long rectangle bana lein.
    Ab dough ko dono side se fold karein (book-style) aur dubara 30 minutes ke liye fridge mein rakh dein.

    3. Cutting & Shaping:
    Thanda hua dough nikaal kar lamba square ya rectangle shape mein bel lein. Ab ise patli strips mein kaat lein.

    4. Roll Banana:
    Ek butter paper ya foil paper ki cylindrical stick bana lein. Ab ek-ek dough strip ko us roll stick par spiral mein tightly lapet lein.

    5. Frying:
    Ab isse low to medium flame par golden brown hone tak fry karein. Zyada teez flame na rakhein.

    6. Cooling & Filling:
    Rolls thande hone dein, phir stick gently nikaal dein. Ab cream filling ko piping bag mein daal kar dono side se roll ke andar fill karein.

    7. Serve:
    Thoda chill kar ke serve karein. Bahar se crisp aur andar se buttery creamy — bilkul bakery-style cream roll ready! 😍
