Sauté 12 ounces of bacon and remove cooked bacon and put to the side. Cook one medium onion, diced in the bacon drippings. Add 2 cloves of garlic and 1 cup of heavy cream and black pepper to taste. After a minute or two add half a cup of Parmesan Romano cheese, the bacon back in, and half a cup of frozen peas. Cook for another minute or two and add another half cup of Parmesan Romano cheese. Served over fettuccine or linguine noodles.
