1 ½ pound ground beef
1 pound pasta shell
½ tbsp Italian seasoning
750 g Passata (tomato sauce)
2 beef stock I used OXO but you can use any available to you
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup onions finely chopped
1 tsp garlic paste
1 cup Single cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
