Creamy Beef Pasta Skillet

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion – diced
2 lbs Ground Beefd
3 -4 Cloves Garlic – minced
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1/4 c Flour
1 1/2 C Beef Broth
3 C Tomato Sauce
1 C Heavy Cream
1 Lb Pasta
2 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese – shredded
Fresh Parsley for garnish

Boil pasta according to directions for al dente pasta

In a large skillet drizzle oil, add onion, cooking until almost translucent. Add beef cooking until no longer pink. Drain excess liquid if needed. Add garlic, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper to taste. Stir well. Add flour, cooking 2 – 3 minutes. Add in tomato sauce & beef broth, stirring until combined. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Stir in heavy cream, add pasta into skillet and stir until well coated with sauce. Stir in cheddar cheese.

Garnish with fresh parsley

  1. I tried this with scotch bonnet peppers and halepeno peppers 🌶 and finger chillies o add lots of heat. This is an amazing dish to add lots of spice to because the cream and cheese neutralizes the spice a little bit.

  2. This recipe is super flavourful and goes really good with garlic bread although I substituted the heavy cream for sour cream which still tasted as rich and creamy as the normal recipe. Thanks for the recipe by the way! 🙂
