Cooking With Tammy Seasoning:

Creamy Stew Beef Recipe
5-6 lbs beef chuck
oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
onion powder
garlic powder
paprika
all purpose chicken seasoning (Cooking W/ Tammy brand preferred)
2 celery stalks diced
1 medium onion diced
5 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 – 1/2 cup red wine
6 cups beef broth
10.5 oz can Campbell mushroom condensed soup
1 pack onion soup mix
2 sprigs fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
1 sprig fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
2 Bay leaves
8 small red potatoes
3 carrots

  1. No wonder you disabled the dislike button. This is a gross recipe! First mistake, didn't remove the silver skin from the meat while cubing it. Second mistake was adding cream of mushroom soup! Gross! I know many people use flour to thicken their stews but instant tapioca is much better IMO, 0% worry about a flour taste and the tapioca doesn't get lumpy when cooked this way. You don't have nearly enough veggies and why use onions when shallots are far more tasty? I cook my beef stew in a much bigger dutch oven and I have fresh green beans, corn cut off the cob, fresh mushrooms (usually baby portobello) and to make sure it cooks evenly rather than simmering on the stove top I pop it in the oven so it's heated evenly. Nah, I wouldn't recommend this Tammy ladies recipe
