Buffalo Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients
* 1 lb penne pasta
* 1/4 cup butter
* 3 cloves minced garlic
* 1 lb cooked, shredded chicken
* 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
5. Stir in the shredded chicken until it’s well coated.
6. Add some of the reserved pasta water to get the sauce to the consistency you like.
7. Add the cooked pasta and stir until it’s all combined…enjoy!
