Creamy Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Pasta Ingredients
1 lb. medium or large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 link Andouille Sausage or Smoked Sausage
12 ounces Fettuccine Pasta
4 – 5 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
2/3 cup Parmesan, grated
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Chicken Stock
1/2 cup Crushed Tomatoes
1 tsp Brown Sugar
3 Garlic Cloves
3 tsp Creole Seasoning (Creole Kick)
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced small
1/2 Yellow Onion, diced small
1/2 large Yellow Bell Pepper, diced small
Kosher Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Parsley for garnish (optional)

  2. I'm late to the game but just tried this one. Came out great except I was trying to multitask and burnt the parmesan cheese a bit 🙁 but I just picked it out and added a bit more. This was nice and easy.

  3. I used this as a base recipe and it came out amazingly!! I used pene pasta instead and added orange juice and lemon juice to the shrimp and i replaced the sausages with steak and added the juices to that meat as well along with your spice combo. 10/10 i also added Cheyenne pepper for a kick. Will definitely make this more often.
