  1. Never mushrooms in a carbonara. If you set aside pasta you have glue, not pasta. Never butter in a carbonara. Never, never ham but guanciale. Never cream. Never milk. Only pecorino cheese, not this absurd cheese. Never sugar. You are missing EGGS, the BASIC ingredint for the carbonara. Conclusion: this is not a carbonara at all. There is not a single ingredient ok. Every time a stranger Cook pasta, an italian die.

  2. I just hope that no one will ever eat this culinary disaster. Not one single item of the original recipe is correct here. Even cooking spaghetti seems to be too high of a challenge for you… Don't add oil to the pasta water!!!! Wrong meat, wrong cheese, NO, N O, No.. cream…. Milk??? Are you crazy???? Mushrooms??? SUGAR????? I think italian chiefs would kill you for this!!! I pray to god, that no Italian will ever watch this embarrassing video!!!
