This is how I cook Creamy Carbonara Pasta which I learned the style from my Ate Sherlene. This is Italian dish from Rome and its super easy to cook but the taste is so good. It’s made from thick cream, milk, mushroom and bacon.

INGREDIENTS:
500 Grams Linguini Pasta
3 Pcs – 250ml Puck Thick Cream
400 Grams Classic Honey Cured Bacon
410 Grams Original Evaporated Milk
1 Pack White Button Mushrooms
1 Stack Leeks Onion
1 Knorr Beef Cube
Mixed Dried Herbs
Salt and Pepper
