Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine:

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 400 gm
fettuccine pasta 250gm
Parmesan cheese
Mushrooms 3 to 4
1 small onion ( finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (Chopped)
2 cup cream
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper or as per taste
Half  cup olive oil
Half cup parsley

Process:
– In a pot add water and 1 tbsp of salt , add the pasta to the water and cook for 5 to 6 min or according to the package instructions.
– Drain and set aside the pasta.
– Cut and grate the freshly parmesan cheese
-Cut the Mushrooms in thick slices.
– Cut the the chicken breast into slices.
-In a pan add olive oil 3 to 4 tbsp and saute the chicken on medium heat until it change the colour.
-add salt and black pepper. Mix and stirfry for 2 to 3 min.then remove the pan from the stove ,once chicken cooked
-In another pan heat 2 to 3 Tbsp of olive oil.
-Add chopped onion and fry ,for 1 to 2 min.
– Then add mushrooms and saute .for another 1 min.
-Add chopped garlic and saute .
-Now add cream ,Mix and cook on medium heat until it just start thicken.
-Now add chicken and mix.
-Add cooked pasta and give it to a good mix .
-add freshly garated parmesan cheese and mix. cook for 1 min.
Garnished it with freshly parsley.
