►1 lb (2 large) Chicken Breasts, halved lengthwise and pounded to an even 1/4″ thickness

  2. Well. Just made the dish and I and my must say….it is everything you said it was. The flavors and textures were wonderful. Another home run. I have a glass top electric stove which is how things are going in Ca. I noticed when reducing fluid it would boil and stop then boil again. I gave it a little more time than you instructed. Wish I had a gas stove. More consistent. Other than that it came together perfectly. Take a bow to another great meal. Thank you.

  3. Hi there! I tweaked this a little because I don't use wine and didn't have the wine to begin with, but overall this recipe is so amazing. I also used chicken broth since I didn't have the other one. The lady we take care of, as caregivers, she loves it. I just made sure to saute the vegetables to be softer for her. Thank you so much!
