Ingredients:
Tomato marinara-
Half onion diced
Half pepper diced
4 cloves garlic minced
400ml passata (or pasta sauce jar)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cajun or peri seasoning
Pinch of sugar
Pasta:
Marinara Base-
300ml Double Cream
100g Cheese (Red Leicester) I used creamfields this time )
500g Pasta
Parsley/Pepper & chilli flakes to garnish
Pasta method
Sauté onions, pepper and garlic in olive oil until soft
Add all the dry spices
Add pasta sauce
Cook well until soft
Add chicken breast , cook for 10 mins until chicken cooked through
Turn heat low
Add 1 tub double cream, mix well then turn back up
Add cooked pasta
Give it a whirl , garnish & serve 👀
