I don’t get the hate, it looks delicious and really simple! Mayo is just oil and raw egg yolk so… not that crazy. Also no pecorino necessary like with Carbonara, easier accessible and cheaper ingredients

I think this recipe is for broke vegans or broke people trying to act bougie 😂
