Pro tip:
DO NOT put the chicken in the pan while still covered in marinade.
NEVER !!!!
MARINADE is there just so that the meat absorb a bit of it in time.
After that, you wipe the marinade off the meat.
If not, you will boil the meat instead of frying it in the pan.
