  1. Due to dental surgery I have to make everything really soft and/or tiny…..so I'm forced to overcook pasta, get veggies super super soft and meats need to be ground or fall off the bone….although if I do a steak if I cut it up into tiny pieces that works too. I put nuts thru my coffee bean grinder, granola as well. Any recommendations for dishes and how to correct flavour changes?

  2. Heavy cream is like a trip to the restaurant right at home… Ricotta cheese is a fabulous dollop on any pasta dish of your choice as well… As previously stated in a another comment here, the anchovy, garlic, chopped fresh tomatoes make a perfect dish as well🤗🤗🤗 it's all 👍 🍝
