Recipe:
Creamy Mushrooms
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic
1/2 Cup Onion
400 Mushroom
1/2 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Cup Cream
Kasuri Methi
Garam Masala

Method:
Add Garlic and Onion to the sizzling Butter then slightly cook it. After that add Mushrooms and Salt to taste, cook it till it turns out to be Golden. After Mushrooms are cooked add Kashmiri Chilli Powder and Cream to it. Stir it about 3-4 minutes. Lastly, finish it with Kasuri Methi and Garam Masala.
