1 TBSP Oil
1 Cup Onion, chopped
12 to 15 Garlic Cloves, minced
250 GMs Mushrooms, sliced
Salt to taste
1 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Chilli Flakes
1 TSP Mixed Herbs
1/2 TSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Schezwan Sauce
1 Bowl Fresh Cream
1 Portion Cooked Basmati Rice
1 TSP Coriander, chopped
Step-by-Step Recipe:
– Heat butter and oil in a pan, then add onion and garlic. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
– Add mushrooms and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
