Ingredients for Boiled Palak:
Spinach (palak) 1 kg
Water 7-8 cups
Chilled water as required

Ingredients Creamy Palak Chicken:
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato (sliced) 1 cup
Green chilies (sliced) 2-3
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1/2 cup
Palak puree
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1/2 cup
Ginger (julienne) for garnishing

Directions for Boiled Palak Preparation:
In a pot heat water and add spinach. Boil for 7-8 minutes or until palak gets soft.
Transfer it to the chilled water and let it dip for 2-3 seconds.
Now blend this palak into puree. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy Palak Chicken Preparation:
In a pot heat oil and add onion. Cook until onion gets translucent.
Add chicken and cook for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and cook until chicken changes color.
Add tomatoes, green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and cook for 4-5 mins.
Add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt and mix it well. Cover and cook for 10-15 mins or until chicken is fully done.
Add palak puree and Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream. Give it a good mix.
Dish it out and garnish it with ginger. Your Creamy Palak Chicken is ready.
