Creamy Raisin Fettucini Pasta



Welcome to our video! Today, we’re sharing a delicious pasta recipe with walnuts and raisins.

Ingredients:

Butter
Flour
Milk (500 ml)
Gorgonzola cheese
Fettucini pasta
Walnuts
Raisins

Instructions:

1- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
2- Add the flour to the melted butter and stir.
3- Gradually add the milk to the flour and butter mixture, stirring constantly until you achieve a creamy consistency.
4- Add the gorgonzola cheese to the creamy sauce and stir until melted.
5- Cook the fettucini pasta in a separate pot for 6 minutes.
6- Melt butter in another pan. Add the walnuts and raisins and cook until caramelized.
7- Combine the cooked pasta, creamy gorgonzola sauce, and caramelized walnut-raisin mixture in a pan. Allow the pasta to absorb the sauce thoroughly.
8- Serve the pasta on a plate and sprinkle with grated walnuts.

Note: Pasta cooking time may vary depending on the type of pasta used.
