simply uni cream recipe
medium heat. Cook shallot and gralic in hot oil until golden brown
wine into the saucepan stirring regularly, until reduced in volume , 2-3minutes.
Add cream mixture
Pour it over the uni and blend it into a sauce.
Add spaghetti, and little pasta water and
stir a little.
