    1 tbsp Sun-dried Tomato Oil
    3 Garlic Cloves, minced
    1 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
    100-120g Sun-dried Tomatoes, chopped
    200ml Chicken Stock
    150ml Double Cream,
    50g Grated Parmesan

    Pasta of your choice, I prefer Linguine

    Serve with more Parmesan and a few Basil leaves
